In recent years there has developed a need from within the Sephardic  Communities, specifically the American Persian community for a program that caters to young adults that are motivated to enrich and explore their glorious heritage.  Aish Los Angeles, in collaboration with several leaders and visionaries of the Jewish Persian community worldwide (Los Angeles,  New York, England, Toronto, etc)   have embarked to create an exciting  program to take on the challenges facing our community, one of the oldest Jewish communities around.

The Jewish Persian community which has established roots in the new Diaspora after the revolution of 1979 has managed to produce some of the brightest and most successful professionals and talents in every imaginable field of endeavor.  From medicine and sciences, to commerce and international trade, Persian Jews have harnessed their rich traditional and family values to reach new heights in the past 27years.

However, as the experience of the North American Jewry of the past 150 years demonstrated, the progress may come at the expense of assimilation and intermarriage, as it has for our North American brethren.

Aish, one of the leading Jewish organizations in the world which has been spearheading the  "Jewish education for all –everyone at their own pace" movement for over thirty years has stepped forward and created an exciting program to ensure Jewish continuity and prevent intermarriage and assimilation.  Following in the footsteps of their world renowned fellowship programs, they are running a specially tailored Sephardic Fellowship that is both educational and exciting. A two week highly subsidized ($599 all inclusive!) program to Israel  that includes trips and sightseeing to many of the most fascinating spots that Israel has to offer while combining an array of classes intended to captivate any participant and leave them with an experience of a lifetime.
